Update Your Bank Account Details

  1. On the side menu, click Home.
    Click Home.png
  2. On the right side of the screen, click either:
    • Setup
      Click Set Up.png
    • Automatic Payment Settings
      Click Automatic Payment Settings.png
  3. Click Update Payment Details.Click Update Payment Details.png
  4. Enter the account details of your Australian bank account.
  5. Click the checkbox against "I agree to $1.00 being deducted immediately for the purpose of verifying my account. The amount will be credited to my rent payment."
    • This is required so we can verify that you have access to the bank account from which you wish to deduct your payments.

  6. Read over the MePay Product Disclosure Statement.
  7. Click the checkbox against "I confirm that I am authorised to submit direct debit instructions for this bank account and that I have read and agree to the MePay Product Disclosure Statement"

  8. Click Update Linked Bank Account.

  9. You will be redirected to the Payments screen, where the Direct Debit card will state Pending. Check for a $1 direct debit from your account in the next 1-2 days.

Verify Your Bank Account

  1. Once the $1 has been debited from your account, note the number in the reference.
  2. On the Home page, you should see a card stating "Verify your MePay bank account." Enter the reference number on this card.
  3. Click Verify Bank Account.

Once verified, the card will disappear. The card will disappear, and your MePay will be set to Manual for rent and invoice payments. You can now take action on any of the following:
