As part of increased security measures, if you have already activated MePay, you must verify your bank account.
You will have 30 days from 19/09/2023 to verify your current bank account details, during which you can continue using MePay to make payments. If you miss this deadline, you must update and re-verify your bank account before using MePay again.
- On the home screen of the Tenant app, you will see a "MePay verification expired" card. Click Update Bank Account Details.
- You will be taken to the Bank Account settings screen. Re-enter your bank account details.
- Click the first checkbox to agree to $1.00 being deducted from your account for verification purposes.
- This is required so we can verify that you have access to the bank account that you wish to deduct your payments from.
- Click the second checkbox to confirm that you are authorised to submit direct debit instructions for this bank account and that you agree to the MePay Product Disclosure Statement.
- Click Update to continue.
- Check your bank account for the $1 direct debit and make a note of the number in the reference.

- If you are with an online-only or smaller bank, you may experience an issue with obtaining your verification code from your banking app. If you do experience this issue, please contact us directly via Chat in our tenant mobile app or via customersupport@propertyme.com so we can resolve this for you.

- On the Client Access home screen, enter the reference number on the "Verify your MePay bank account" card, then click Verify Bank Account. Once verified, the card will disappear.
