When you choose to delete your PropertyMe account, the account and its associated credentials will be permanently removed. This means that you won't be able to log in to the PropertyMe Tenant app or PropertyMe Web Access using the deleted account credentials.
However, it's important to note that deleting your PropertyMe account does not delete data your agent has stored in relation to the property you are renting, e.g. rent or invoice payments, maintenance requests, inspections and legal documents.
Your agent is required to retain these details of your rental history for ongoing management of your tenancy and potentially for taxation purposes.
- From within the app, tap the Profile icon (top left-hand side of the screen).
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Type out delete me.
- Tap Delete.
