Can I Delete My PropertyMe Account?
When you choose to delete your PropertyMe account, the account and its associated credentials will be permanently removed. This means that you won't be able to log in to the PropertyMe Owner app or PropertyMe Web Access using the deleted account credentials.
However, it's important to note that deleting your PropertyMe account does not delete data your agent has stored in relation to your investment property, e.g. rental transactions, maintenance, inspections and legal documents.
Your agent is required to retain these details for ongoing management of your investment property and potentially for taxation purposes.
How Can I Delete My PropertyMe Account?
- From within the app, tap the Profile icon (top left-hand side of the screen).
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Type out delete me.
- Tap Delete.
