Before Your Start

You will only be able to complete the entry condition inspection report on one device.
- Once the inspection has been started on a device, it must be completed via that device. It is not possible to complete it from a different device.
- You must nominate one tenant to complete the inspection if multiple tenants are within your Tenancy.
- When the nominated person reaches the section to sign the inspection, all tenants must sign via the nominated tenant's device.

Don't log out, clear the cache or reinstall the app if you haven't sent the inspection back to your property manager.
- Doing so can cause issues with the inspection syncing up with your property manager's copy of the inspection, which can lead to the loss of your photos.
1. Starting the Inspection
- You will find the Entry inspection card under Action Required on the Home screen.
- Tap Start Inspection.
- On the next screen, you will see Property and Tenancy information.
- Scroll down to view Compliance information.
- All States (excluding NSW)—If you have any issues with the information, please contact your Property Manager to have it corrected.

- You must mark whether you agree or disagree with the Minimum Standards and the Other Compliance sections.
- If you disagree, you must leave a comment.
- If you disagree, you must leave a comment.
- You can leave any additional comments in the Additional Comment section.
- If the information in any other section is incorrect, please contact your Property Manager to have it corrected.
- You must mark whether you agree or disagree with the Minimum Standards and the Other Compliance sections.
- Once you have confirmed all the information is correct, tap Continue.
- A pop-up will appear advising that if you continue, no other tenants (of your tenancy) can edit the inspection. Tap Accept & Continue to proceed.
2. Reviewing Area Conditions
- Tap an area to review.
- At the top of the area, you will see the images the Property Manager has taken.
- Scroll down to see the comments and conditions the Property Manager has marked for each Area Item.
- Mark whether you agree or disagree at the top of the area.
- Once all areas are reviewed, tap Continue to Sign to move on to Signing The Inspection.
- If you tap Continue to Sign before you have reviewed all areas:
- A pop-up will appear explaining how to review area conditions.
- All unreviewed areas will be flagged with an orange exclamation mark.

- If you tap Continue to Sign before you have reviewed all areas:
2.1 I Agree
- If you agree, tap I Agree.
- Repeat steps 1 to 4 of Reviewing Area Conditions until all areas have been reviewed.
2.2 I Disagree
- If you disagree, tap I Disagree.
- Tap the I Agree toggle to mark which Area Items you disagree with.
- Enter the reason why you disagree.
- Tap Take Photos to take and upload supporting photos.
- If there are any photos uploading, a progress bar will appear at the bottom of the page.

- If there are any photos uploading, a progress bar will appear at the bottom of the page.
- Once you have marked your disagreements, tap "I'm finished with this area" at the bottom of the area.
- Repeat steps 1 to 4 of Reviewing Area Conditions until all areas have been reviewed.
3. Signing And Completing The Inspection
When the nominated person reaches the section to sign the inspection, all tenants must sign via the nominated tenant's device.
- Tap the blank signature against your name.
- Draw your signature in the blank field.
- Tap Rotate Landscape to make the field larger.
- Tap the Left Arrow to undo.
- Tap the Right Arrow to redo.
- Tap the Bin to delete the signature.
- Once you are happy with your signature, tap Save in the top-right.
- If there are multiple Tenants, each person must repeat steps 1 to 3 to fill out their signatures on the nominated device.
- Once all signatures have been filled out, tap the checkbox to confirm that the signature(s) will be added to each report page.
- Tap Complete.
- A prompt will appear for you to confirm that you are ready to send the report back to your Property Manager. You cannot edit the report once it has been sent.
- Tap Edit Report if you need to make any changes.
- Tap Send to proceed.
- The PropertyMe App will start sending the inspection report back to your PropertyMe. Once sent, the page will update to confirm. Tap Done to go back to the Home screen.
- The inspection will show as In Review until the Property Manager marks it as complete.
