Contact your Property Manager and request that they refund the MePay payment.
- The PropertyMe Support Team cannot provide or request refunds on your behalf.
It is not possible to cancel payments via MePay as they are processed via DEFT.
If you did not have enough funds in your account when the payment was withdrawn, the funds will either be dishonoured or overdrawn (in accordance with your bank policies).
