You must contact your Property Manager and request that they refund any MePay payment.
Once a MePay payment has been processed, it cannot be stopped or cancelled as they are processed via DEFT.
- If you did not have enough funds in your account when the payment was withdrawn, the funds will either be dishonoured or overdrawn in accordance with your bank policies.
- Please contact the bank to confirm their policies and your account settings.
- The PropertyMe Support Team cannot provide or request refunds on your behalf.
