1. Ensure You Have Signed Up With The Correct Email Address
The email address you provided to your Property Manager will likely be the one you need to sign up with.
If you haven't signed up for Owner Access yet, please see Sign Up For Owner Access for steps.
- If you have already signed up for Owner Access previously but have a new property with a new agency, you will have to complete the signup process again to connect with the new agency.
2. Accept The Invitation
Once you have signed up, you will be prompted to accept an invitation the next time you log in (as shown in step 17 of the Sign Up For Owner Access article).
Once you have accepted the invitation, the property will be available via your Owner Access.
