  1. Contact your agent with your request for a change of email address (your agent must action this on your behalf).
  2. Your agent will then connect your new email address to your properties, and they will send you a new invitation email.
  3. Open the invitation email.
  4. Click the signup link.
  5. Complete the Sign-up process again.
    • Do not take this step before you receive confirmation that the email address has been updated; otherwise, no information will appear, and you will have to complete the sign-up process again.

Once you have done this, all the information against your previous email address will now be accessible via your new email address.
