Invalid Code Error

The Invalid Code error is typically caused by your device's date and time being out of sync with PropertyMe's identification servers.

1. Ensure that your date & time setting is set to Automatic, with the correct time zone selected.
   • Change the date and time on iPhone
   • Change the date and time on iPad
   • Set time, date and time zone (Android)
2. If you use a VPN, ensure it is disabled.

Set Up 2FA But Only Received One Code, I Can't Log In Anymore

This is typically caused by scanning with the camera app, which provides a one-time code, instead of using an authenticator app's scanner, which provides recurring codes.

1. If you have set up a recovery phone, see Reset Two-Factor Authentication With A Recovery Phone for steps.
2. If you haven't set up a recovery phone but have saved your recovery codes, see Reset Two-Factor Authentication With A Recovery Code for steps.
3. If you cannot action either of the above, please contact the Support team via the chatbot.
   • Provide the agency and property manager's name in the first message.
   • Ask to "Speak To A Human" in the second message.
