If you contact the agent via the PropertyMe Mobile App, it will use your device's default email app. You can view the sent email via the email app.
If you contact the agent via the web browser, a web form is submitted directly to the agent's portfolio. Once they reply, their response will be sent to your email address Inbox. However, there is no way to view pending communications via Client Access.
