Emails From Agent/Property Manager
If you are no longer receiving emails from your agent or property manager, there are a few reasons as to why this could be happening:
Your Agent/Property Manager Has The Incorrect Email Address
- Contact your agent or property manager to confirm they have the correct email address against your account.
Your Email Provider Has Blocked The Emails From Your Agent/Property Manager
Email providers constantly update their spam flags to ensure spam is caught before it gets to your mailbox. However, this can cause emails you previously received without issue to be incorrectly flagged as spam. Common reasons as to why an email is flagged as spam are:
- Multiple exclamation points or dollar signs in a row (!!!! or $$$$)
- ALL CAPITAL LETTERS
- Unnecessary.punctuation.between.words
- S p a c e s b e t w e e n l e t t e r s
- Too many attachments
- Frequent emails
To avoid your agent's or property manager's emails being flagged, add the following email addresses to the Safe Sender list against your email account:

Emails From PropertyMe
If you are no longer receiving emails from your PropertyMe, there are a few reasons as to why this could be happening:
You Are Using The Wrong Email Address
If you are trying to get an email for a password reset, you will only receive one using an email address connected to a Client Access account.
- If you haven't signed up for client access, see Sign Up For Tenant Access for steps.
- If you have signed up but are unsure which email to use, please contact your agent or property manager to confirm.
