Logging In Using The SMS Code

1. Open the PropertyMe Mobile App.
2. Tap Log In.
   
3. Enter your login details.
4. Tap Log In.
   
5. Tap "Get a code via SMS".
   
6. Tap the checkbox against "I'm not a robot" to verify.
7. Tap Send SMS Code.
   
8. Enter the 6-digit code.
9. Tap Recover.
   

You will now be logged in. You can now reset your Two-Factor Authentication.

Resetting The Authentication

Your Two-Factor Authentication can only be reset via the web access version of Client Access.

1. Go to my.propertyme.com.
2. Follow the prompts to log in.
3. If you see:
   • The User Profile screen, skip to 7.
   • The My Portfolio screen, proceed to step 4.
4. Click the three white lines in the top right corner.
5. Click Profile.
   
6. Click Edit.
   
7. Click Security.
   
8. Click Log In Details.
9. Click Disable against "Two-factor authentication".
   • If you no longer wish to use Two-Factor Authentication, you can stop here.
     
10. Click Enable.
    
11. Enter your password, then click Continue.
    
12. If you haven't already, install an Authentication app on your device.
    • If you are on an Android device, you can find Authentication apps on the Play Store.
    • If you are on an iPad or iPhone, you can find Authentication apps on the App Store.
13. Click "Yes, Ready to Scan the Code".
    
14. Open the authentication app.
15. Follow the authentication app instructions to scan the QR code.
    
16. Enter the code provided by the Authentication app
17. Click Connect App.
    
18. Download, print, or copy the one-time recovery codes.
    • If you copy the codes, ensure you save them somewhere you can easily access them.
      
19. Once you have saved the codes, click the checkbox next to "I have saved my recovery codes".
20. Click Finish and Enable.
