Logging In Using A Recovery Code
- Open the PropertyMe Mobile App.
- Tap Log In.
- Enter your login details.
- Tap Log In.
- Tap "Enter a recovery code".
- Enter the 6-digit recovery code.
- Tap Recover.
You will now be logged in. You can now reset your Two-Factor Authentication.
Resetting The Authentication
Your Two-Factor Authentication can only be reset via the web access version of Client Access.
- Go to my.propertyme.com.
- Follow the prompts to log in.
- If you see:
- The User Profile screen, skip to 7.
- The My Portfolio screen, proceed to step 4.
- Click the three white lines in the top right corner.
- Click Profile.
- Click Edit.
- Click Security.
- Click Log In Details.
- Click Disable against "Two-factor authentication".
- If you no longer wish to use Two-Factor Authentication, you can stop here.
- If you no longer wish to use Two-Factor Authentication, you can stop here.
- Click Enable.
- Enter your password, then click Continue.
- If you haven't already, install an Authentication app on your device.
- If you are on an Android device, you can find Authentication apps on the Play Store.
- If you are on an iPad or iPhone, you can find Authentication apps on the App Store.
- Click "Yes, Ready to Scan the Code".
- Open the authentication app.
- Follow the authentication app instructions to scan the QR code.
- Enter the code provided by the Authentication app
- Click Connect App.
- Download, print, or copy the one-time recovery codes.
- If you copy the codes, ensure you save them somewhere you can easily access them.

- Once you have saved the codes, click the checkbox next to "I have saved my recovery codes".
- Click Finish and Enable.
