If you are unable to submit your entry inspection notes and photos with your property manager, the most likely cause for this is that you have missed the return due date.
Contact your property manager to request an extension on the return due date. Once they have updated the date, you should be able to reaccess the inspection and submit it.
- For security reasons, PropertyMe staff cannot reopen the inspection or update the return due date, as your property manager directly manages this.
- If your property manager cannot or experiences any issues in actioning your request, they must contact PropertyMe Support directly, and we will work with them directly to resolve any problems.
