Already have a Owner Access account set up and provided the same email address to the new agency: Log into your current Owner Access account and accept the invitation from the new agency.

Contact the property manager and ask them to double-check that they have entered the correct email address and have enabled Owner Access on your account. - Accidentally declined the invitation?
