If you are trying to edit a maintenance request that has been:
- Approved: You must contact your property manager directly with any updates.
- Rejected: You must submit a new request.
- If you haven't already, please contact your property manager for an explanation as to why it has been rejected.
- Locate the pending request from Under Up Next on the Home or Activity screen from within the app.
- Tap the request to open it.
- Tap the Pencil icon in the top right corner.
- Edit the Brief Description and Details as needed.
- Upload any photos as needed.
- Tap Save.
