If you are trying to edit a maintenance request that has been:
- Approved: You must contact your property manager directly with any updates.
- Rejected: You must submit a new request.
- If you haven't already, please contact your property manager for an explanation as to why it has been rejected.
Editing a maintenance request via the web browser only allows you to upload images.
- If you need to edit the Brief Description and Details, you must do so via the PropertyMe Mobile App.
- Locate the pending request from Under Up Next on the Home or Activity screen.
- Click "Upload More Files".
- Click Upload.
- Follow your device's prompts to upload any images.
- Click Save.
