How Do I View Tenancy Information From The New Agency?
When the management of your tenancy is changed to a new agent, and they use PropertyMe, you will receive an invitation for the tenancy under their management. You will end up with multiple entries for the same tenancy, one from the previous agent and one for the new.
- If you cannot see an entry for the new management and didn't receive an invitation, see Add A Property (Can't See My Properties) for steps.
- If you accidentally declined the invitation, see Accidentally Declined Tenancy Invitation for steps.
What If The New Agency Doesn't Use PropertyMe?
If the new agency doesn't use PropertyMe, you must discuss access to your information with them directly. You cannot access any of it through the PropertyMe Client Access if the agency does not use PropertyMe.
How Long Will I Have Access To Information From The Previous Agency?
This depends on the agency's procedure for handling this information. You will need to discuss access to your information with them directly.
I No Longer Have Access To Information From The Previous Agency, Can You Provide Me With This Information?
No. PropertyMe staff cannot provide you information held within an agency's account. You will need to discuss access to your information with the agency directly.
