Check The Status Of Your Maintenance Requests

On the Home page, any jobs with a current status are listed in the Up Next Feed. 

• If you need to submit a new maintenance request, please see the article linked here.

• Job Pending
  Your maintenance request is still awaiting acceptance or rejection.
  
• Job Rejected
  Your maintenance request has been rejected.
  
• Job Reported
  Your maintenance request has been accepted and is awaiting approval.
  
• Job Approved
  The job has been approved and is now waiting for a tradesperson to be assigned.
  
• Job Assigned
  The job now has a tradesperson assigned to action the job.
  
• Job Finished
  The work has been completed and is now awaiting payment.
  
  • This does not imply that you will need to pay for the work. If you have any questions, please contact your Property Manager for assistance.
    
    
• Job Completed
  The work has been completed and no further actions need to be taken.
