Change Your Email Address | Web Access (Tenant)

  1. Contact your property manager with your request for a change of email address (your agent must action this on your behalf).
    • If you used MePay against your old email, ask your property manager to revoke client access for your previous email address, as this will also disable MePay.
  2. Your property manager will then connect your new email address to your properties, and they will send you a new invitation email.
  3. Open the invitation email.
  4. Click the signup link.
  5. Complete the Sign-up process again.
    • Do not take this step before you receive confirmation that the email address has been updated; otherwise, no information will appear, and you will have to complete the sign-up process again.

Once you have done this, all the information against your previous login email address will now be accessible via your new email address.
