Contact your Property Manager with your change of email address request (your Property Manager has to action this on your behalf).
Your Property Manager will then connect your new email address to your properties, and they will send you a new invitation email.
The link in the email will take you to the Signup section, where you will need to complete the Sign-up process again. Once you have done this, all the information against your previous login email address will now be accessible via your new login email address.
