You can view your financial activity and statements for each of your properties via Client Access. This information can be accessed within each property directly.
This is the current financial information for all the properties against this specific folio.
- Opening Balance - Any funds left in balance after the most recent disbursement.
- Money In - Any funds that have come into your folio for this current statement period.
- This will include rent, invoice payments from tenants, any reimbursements and any funds you pay into the trust account.
- Money Out - Any funds that have left your folio in for this current statement period.
- This will include any bill or fee payments and any funds you need to reimburse the tenant.
- Bills Outstanding - Any pending bills that are due for payment as of today’s date.
- Net Balance - The current amount of funds that you have in balance.
- Any available funds for Outstanding Bills will have already been taken out of your Net Balance amount.
This graph will show the overall Money In and Money Out for the past 12 months. Hover over any of the green or red lines to get the total amount for each month.

This dropdown will allow you to filter the information on this page by all properties against this folio or by individual property.
Date Range
These filters allow you to adjust the date range of the information presented.
Monthly Activity
This graph will show the overall Money In and Money Out for the applied date range, split by month. Hover over any of the green or red lines to get the total amount for each month.
Expenses Breakdown
This pie chart shows what type of expenses you had for the date range applied and the percentage each type accounted for.
This list provides general information regarding each transaction for the date range applied.
- Month - The month the transaction was processed in.
- Chart Account Name - The account code used for that transaction.
- Tax Included - The amount of tax included in the total amount of the transaction.
- If there is no tax on the transaction, this section will be blank.
- Debit and Credit - The transaction type. Depending on what the transaction was, the amount of the transaction will be listed under one of these headers.
The most recent statements and uploaded documents are listed under the Documents section.
