- Go to the My Portfolio screen.
- Check how your properties are currently set up.
- If you have multiple properties under the one folio code, all of these properties will appear on one statement. There isn’t anything that needs to be done for these properties.

- If your properties are split between folios, each will be on a separate statement. Contact your Property Manager and request that the properties be merged into one folio.
- If your properties are managed by different agencies, they cannot be merged on to one statement.

Previous transactions before the merge will not be transferred over to the new folio. All previous transactions will still be recorded on the previous folio.

You will also receive multiple EOFY statements for that year.
