- From the login page, click "Forgot password?".
- Enter the email address you use to login.
- Click "Send Me the Link".
- Open your email account.
- Open the email from PropertyMe.
- Click "Reset your PropertyMe account password now".
- The link will open a new tab in your default web browser.

- Enter your new password.
- Enter your password again to ensure it has been entered correctly.
- Click "Set New Password".
You will receive an email confirming the change of password. You can now log into your Owner Access account.
