- Once you have received the Owner Access invitation from your Property Manager, click the link in the email.
- If you haven’t received an invitation from your Property Manager yet, contact your Property Manager directly, ask if they offer Owner Access, and to send you an invitation.
- The link may vary depending on how the agency sets up the email.

- Confirm what screen the link takes you to.
- If you see the "Activate Access" screen, skip to step 10.
- If you see the "Log in" screen, proceed to step 3.
- On the login page, click Sign Up.
- Enter your email address on the "Are you a tenant, owner or supplier?" card.
- The required email address would be the one to which the email was sent.
- Click the checkbox to confirm you are not a robot.
- Click Email me.
- Go back into your email account.
- Open the new email sent from PropertyMe.

Check your junk or spam folder if you can’t see the email.

If you still can’t see the email, your email provider may have blocked it. To fix this, add noreply@propertyme.com to your Safe Sender list in your email account and then complete steps 3 to 6 again.

- Click the "Confirm Email Address" link.
- On the Activate Access page, enter the following details:
- First name (required)
- Last name (required)
- Work phone (optional)
- Mobile phone (optional)
- Password (required)
- This is where you create your password.
- Confirm (required)
- Re-enter your password to confirm you have entered it correctly.
- Re-enter your password to confirm you have entered it correctly.
- Read over the PropertyMe Terms and Conditions.
- If you accept these conditions, click the checkbox against "I accept the PropertyMe Terms and Conditions".
- Click Activate.
- You will be taken back to the login page. Enter your email address and password.
- Click Log In.
- Once logged in, an invitation pop-up will appear. Click the checkbox next to "I am the owner of this property."
- Click Accept.

I Clicked Decline By Mistake
Contact your property manager or agent to relink the property to your email address.
Once your Property Manager confirms that this has been completed, log out and log back to trigger the pop-up again. -
I Didn't Receive An Invitation At All
Contact your property manager or agent to check that you have signed up using the correct email address.-
If you have used the wrong email address, you must complete the signup process again with the correct one.
- If you still don't receive the invitation, your agent must contact us so we can investigate further.
