Sign Up For Tenant Access | Web Access (Tenant)

  1. Once you have received the Tenant Access invitation from your Property Manager, click the link in the email.
    • If you haven’t received an invitation from your Property Manager yet, contact your Property Manager directly, ask if they offer Tenant Access, and send you an invitation.

    • The link may vary depending on how the agency sets up the email.

  2. Confirm what screen the link takes you to.
    • If you see the Activate Access screen, skip to step 10.
    • If you see the Log in screen, proceed to step 3.

  3. On the login page, click Sign Up.

  4. Enter your email address on the "Are you a tenant, owner or supplier?" card.
    • The required email address would be the one to which the email was sent.
  5. Click the checkbox to confirm you are not a robot.
  6. Click Email me.

  7. Go back into your email account.
  8. Open the new email sent from PropertyMe.

    • Check your junk or spam folder if you can’t see the email.

    • If you still can’t see the email, your email provider may have blocked the email. You must add noreply@propertyme.com to your Safe Sender list in your email account and then complete steps 3 to 6 again.

      • Each email provider will have specific instructions on how to set this up. For instructions, you will need to check the Help articles/guides of your email provider.

  9. Click the "Confirm Email Address" link.

  10. On the Activate Access page, enter the following details:
    • First name (required)
    • Last name (required)
    • Work phone (optional)
    • Mobile phone (optional)
    • Password (required)
      • This is where you create your password.
    • Confirm (required)
      • Re-enter your password to confirm you have entered it correctly.

  11. Read over the PropertyMe Terms and Conditions.
  12. If you accept these conditions, click the checkbox against "I accept the PropertyMe Terms and Conditions".
  13. Click Activate.

  14. You will be taken back to the login page. Enter your email address and password.
  15. Click Log In.

  16. Once logged in, an invitation pop-up will appear. Click the checkbox next to "Yes, I'm the tenant of this property"
  17. Click Confirm.

    • I Clicked Decline By Mistake
      Contact your Property Manager to relink the property to your email address.
      Once your Property Manager confirms that this has been completed, log out and log back to trigger the pop-up again.

    • I Didn't Receive An Invitation At All
      Contact your property manager to check that you have signed up using the correct email address.
