Property Info

1. On the side menu, click Home.
   
2. On the right-hand side of the screen, click Property Info.
   

The following information will be displayed:

Payment Summary

• Pays: Rent amount and frequency.
• Paid up to: The current date that the tenant is paid to in full.

Property Details

• Address: The current property's address.
• Tenant: The tenant's name.
• Agreement from: The start date of the current agreement.
• Moved in: The date the tenant moved in.

Financials - Current Balance

The Current Balance shows current financial information (since the last disbursement) for the folio to which the property is connected.

The Financial Activity shows Money In and Money Out for transactions associated with the selected property.
