This article covers the three methods available within the PropertyMe Mobile App to contact your agent/property manager:
- Call
- Chat (instant messaging)

Call
- Tap "Manage by" on the topmost card.
- Tap Agent.
- Tap the phone number.
- Follow your mobile device's prompts to call the selected number.
- From the Home screen, tap Contact Agent on the top card.
- The email app on your device will automatically open.
- If this is your first time using this feature, you may be prompted to select an email app.
- Type out and send the email as usual.
Chat
- On the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen, tap Chat.
- If you see an orange dot next to the chat icon, you have a new chat message from the agency.
- Tap the required message thread.
- Type out your message.
- Tap the right-facing arrow to send.
