You can track the status of your maintenance requests from the Home screen under Up Next.
The job will show one of the following statuses:
- Pending: Your request has been submitted and is awaiting acceptance or rejection.
- Reported: Your request has been accepted and is awaiting quotes to be sent and approved.
- Approved: A quote has been approved and is awaiting assignment of a tradesperson or business to the job.
- In Progress: A tradesperson has been assigned and will action the job.
- Tap on the maintenance request to view information on the tradesperson or business.
- Tap on the maintenance request to view information on the tradesperson or business.
- Completed: There is no "Completed" status; once the Property Manager marks the job as complete, it will move to the Recent Activities section.
- Not Approved: Your request has been rejected. It will move to the Recent Activities section.
