Check The Status Of Your Maintenance Requests

  1. You can track the status of your maintenance requests from the Home screen under Up Next.

    • The job will show one of the following statuses:
      • Pending
        Pending means that your request has been submitted and awaits acceptance or rejection.

      • Reported
        Reported means your request has been accepted and awaits quotes to be sent and approved.

      • Approved
        Approved means that a quote has been approved and awaits the tradesperson or business to be assigned to the job.

      • In Progress
        In Progress means that the tradesperson has been assigned and will action the job.Maintenance Request In Progress Status.png
        • Tap on the maintenance request to view information on the tradesperson or business.

      • Completed
        While there is no completed status, once the Property Manager marks the job as complete, it will be removed from the Home screen.
        However, it can still be viewed from the Activity screen under Past Activities.

      • Not Approved
        If your request has been rejected, it will be removed from the Home screen. However, it can still be viewed from the Activity screen under Past Activities.
