- Tap Contact Agent on the topmost card.
- Scroll down to the "Your agency" section.
- To:
- Make a phone call: Tap the Phone icon, then follow your mobile device's prompts to call the selected number.
- Send an email: Tap the Envelope icon, then follow your mobile device's prompts to create and send an email.
- If this is your first time using this feature, you may be prompted to select an email app.
