Call
- On the Home screen, tap Contact Agent.
- Your device's default email app will open automatically. Proceed to type out and send the email as usual.
Call Or Email
- On the Home screen, tap Agent info against the property overview.
- The next screen will show the agent's email address and phone number.
- To send an email:
- Tap the email address.
- Your device's default email app will open automatically. Proceed to type out and send the email as usual.
- Tap the email address.
- To call:
- Tap the phone number.
- Tap call.
- Tap the phone number.
- To send an email:
Chat
- On the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen, tap Chat.
- If you see an orange dot next to the chat icon, you have a new chat message from the agency.
- Tap the required message thread.
- Type out your message.
- Tap the right-facing arrow to send.
