Signing up to the PropertyMe App will give you 24/7 access to information about your property. You can view jobs and inspections, contact your property manager and view financials.
Before logging into the PropertyMe App, you must sign up for Client Access. You will use this login to access the browser versions of Client Access and the PropertyMe App.
This article will explain how to sign up via the PropertyMe App.
Downloading The App
The PropertyMe PropertyMe App is a free download for mobile devices and tablets from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
Search for PropertyMe Tenant to find the app. Tap on Get or Install to download and install the app.

The PropertyMe PropertyMe App is compatible with devices that support the following Operating Systems:

Sign Up Process
- From the login screen on the app, tap Sign Up
- Enter your email address, complete the captcha, then tap Email Me
- Go into your Email app and look for an email with the subject line: Your access to PropertyMe
- Open the email and tap Confirm Email address.

If you can’t see the email, check your junk or spam folder.
- If you still can’t see the email, your email provider may have blocked the email. You must add noreply@propertyme.com to your Safe Sender list in your email account, then complete steps 2 to 4 again.
- Each email provider will have specific instructions on how to set this up. You must check your email provider’s Help articles/guides for instructions.

If you can’t see the email, check your junk or spam folder.
- The mobile browser will open. Enter your details and password.
- Click on the checkbox to accept our terms and conditions, then click on Activate.
- Exit out of the mobile browser and open the PropertyMe App. Log in using the details you have set up.
- Check the property address listed to ensure it is correct.
- Tap "Yes, I'm the Tenant of this property", then tap Confirm.
If you clicked on Decline by mistake
You must contact your Property Manager to relink the property to your email address. Once your Property Manager confirms that this has been completed, log out and log back to trigger the pop-up again.
If you don't receive the invitation at all
You must contact your Property Manager to check that you have signed up with the correct email address. If you have used the wrong email address, you will either need to:
- Complete the signup process again with the correct email address

Request that your Property Manager update the email address against your details.
- If this is your first time signing up with this agency, you will need to complete the sign-up process again once they have updated your email address.
