Accessing Your Financials

1. On the Navigation bar at the bottom of the app, tap Financials.
   
2. Tap Dashboard at the top of the screen.

Current Balance

The Current Balance section shows financial information since the last disbursement.

• Net Balance: The total amount less any outstanding bills.
• Opening Balance: The total amount held in balance from the last disbursement (if any).
  • E.g. This could be funds withheld for future bills.
• Money In: Funds that have come into your account since the last disbursement.
• Money Out: Funds that have left your account since the last disbursement.
• Unclear Funds: Funds that have come into your account since the last disbursement but have not cleared yet.
• Bills Outstanding: Outstanding bills awaiting payment.

Insights

The Insights section shows a breakdown of financial information.

You can filter this section to show financial information from the last 6 or 12 months.

Income vs Expenses

The Income vs Expenses graph shows the income and outcome per month.

Expenses Breakdown

The Expenses Breakdown section breaks down the total expenses (within the last 6 or 12 months) by account code.

If there are more than six expense account codes, tap Tap to View All.

A new screen will open with the full list of expense account codes.
