Set Up A Recurring Payment Schedule
MePay allows Tenants to "set and forget" their rent payments with the built-in automation functionality.
The screens you see will depend on the PropertyMe plan your property manager’s agency uses, so we’ll guide you through the right steps.

Automatic Vs Custom Rent Payment Automation
- Automatic Schedule: Your nominated bank account will be debited the total amount owed three business days before the due date.

Custom Schedule: Set a specific number, frequency, and start and end dates for the schedule.
- Please note that since you manually set up an amount to pay, this amount will not:
- Automatically update for rent increases. You must update the amount as required.
- Account for any credits applied to your rent by the agent.
- Account for the amount owed to vacate, or your vacate date. You must update the amount and end date as required.
- Funds will still take three business days to process. Ensure you set the start date at least three days before your rent's due.

Tenants who wish to process one-off payments can do so at any time.

Make A Payment To A MePay PayID
Tenants can make a one-off payment to a MePay PayID. Follow the instructions to make a payment to a MePay PayID via your banking platform.
