Fast and Easy Rental Payments with MePay

Tenants can now pay rent and invoices using MePay by logging into PropertyMe app or Client Access. 
MePay allows tenants to:

• Set up recuring rent payments, so you never miss a due date
• Set a payment limit and pay manually, whenever it suits you 
• Pay via your own banking app using MePay PayID

• Log in online: Access your account via Client Access. 
• On the go? Download the PropertyMe app via the App Store or Google Play and manage everything from the palm of your hand!

Recurring rent payments

Set your rent to pay itself. Choose the amount, frequency and start date once, then MePay takes care of the rest automatically.

Sharing a property? Each tenants can set up their own recurring payment for their share of the rent.

1. Click the Pay button on a due rent payment card.
2. Click "Yes, set up recurring payment".
3. Click Get Started.
   
   
    
4. Click Continue
5. Enter your bank BSB and Account number details or your PayID (your mobile number or email address).
6. Enter rent frequency.
7. Select a start date for your recurring rent payment.
8. Click Continue.
9. Review terms and tap the confirmation box.
10. Click "Submit to Bank".
    
    
     
11. Login to your banking platform, locate your PayTo agreement and authorise it.
12. You will receive an email confirming that you have successfully set up your recurring rent payment.
    
    

Payment limit for manual payments

Prefer to stay in control? Set a payment limit once, then make one-off payments for rent or invoices whenever you like, without re-entering your bank details each time.

Set a payment limit

1. Click the Pay button on a payment card.
2. Click "Set your limit and pay easily in-app".
3. Click Get Started.
   
   
4. Click Continue.
5. Enter your bank BSB and Account number details or your PayID (your mobile number or email address).
6. Enter your preferred payment limit. A payment limit is a maximum transaction amount for your manual payments.
7. Click Continue.
8. Review terms and tap the confirmation box.
9. Click "Submit to Bank".
10. Login to your banking platform, locate your PayTo agreement and authorise it.

4. Return back to the PropertyMe app or Client Access.
5. Select what items you wish to pay and the amounts.
   
   
    

Pay to a MePay PayID via your banking app

Prefer not to set up a PayTo agreement or payment limit in PropertyMe? You can simply pay to your MePay PayID from your own banking app instead.

Copy your MePay PayID for your payment

1. Select the Pay button on a payment card.
2. Select "Pay using your banking app" option.
3. Copy the MePay PayID from the checkout screen.

5. Make a PayID payment; ensure you enter the same payment amount.
