Disable Automated MePay Payments | Web Access (Tenant)

This article will explain how you can disable automated MePay payments via the PropertyMe Client Access web access.

The screens you see will depend on the PropertyMe plan your property manager’s agency uses. We’ll guide you through the right steps.

Disable Direct Debit

Cancel PayTo Agreement

  1. From the Home screen, click Automatic Payment Settings.
    Tap Automation Payment Settings.png
  2. Click the toggles against Rent and/or Invoices so they are grey.
  3. Click Update Payment Schedule.

  1. Cancel the agreement via the web access version of the PropertyMe Client Access, your internet banking or your mobile banking app.
