Pay An Invoice (Bill) Using MePay | Web Access (Tenant)

This article will explain how you can pay an invoice via the PropertyMe Client Access web version.

Use PropertyMe to make a payment

Tenants who wish to process one-off payments can do so at any time.

The screens you see will depend on the PropertyMe plan your property manager’s agency uses, so we’ll guide you through the right steps.

Using Direct Debit

  1. From the Home page, click either Make a Payment or Pay Now.
  2. Untick any due payments you don't need to pay at this time.
  3. Review and update any amounts as needed for the due payments you need to make.
  4. Once you are happy with the information entered, click Pay.

  5. Click Pay Now to confirm.
  6. A message will appear confirming that your payment is being processed. Click "Return to Home" to exit the payment screen.
  1. From the Home feed, click the Pay button against the payment card.
  2. Review and update any amounts as needed for the due payments you need to make.
  3. Once you are happy with the information entered, click Pay.

  4. Follow the instructions to setup a payment limit to make in-app payments

 

Make a payment to a MePay PayID

Tenants can make one-off payment to a MePay PayID. Follow the instructions to make a a payment to a MePay PayID via your banking platform.
