Disable Automated MePay Payments | PropertyMe Mobile App (Tenant)

This article will explain how you can disable automated MePay payments via the PropertyMe Mobile App.

The screens you see will depend on the PropertyMe plan your property manager’s agency uses. We’ll guide you through the right steps.

Disable Direct Debit

Cancel PayTo Agreement

  1. From the Home screen, tap Manage.
    Tap Manage.png
  2. On the next screen, tap the property address.
  3. Tap the green toggle against the rent and/or invoices settings.
    • They will turn grey.
  4. Tap Update.

You will be taken back to the Payment Settings screen. The disabled payment settings will show as Manual.

  1. Cancel the agreement via the PropertyMe mobile app, your internet banking or your mobile banking app.
