This article will explain how to process a holding deposit payment via the PropertyMe Client Access web version.
- From the Home page, click Make a Payment in the top right corner of the screen.
- Can't see the Make A Payment button? Ensure you have set up MePay.
- Don't have the option to enable MePay? Contact your Property Manager for advice on how to pay rent.
- Don't have the option to enable MePay? Contact your Property Manager for advice on how to pay rent.
- Can't see the Make A Payment button? Ensure you have set up MePay.
- Untick any due payments you don't need to pay at this time.
- Review and update any amounts as needed for the due payments you need to make.
- Please note that this will not change the total amount owed; you must pay the remaining amount at some point.
- For example, if your rent is $1000 a fortnight, you may choose to pay only $500 this week, but you will need to make another payment of $500 at some point next week.
- If you pay more than the amount due, the funds will go into subsequent rental periods.
- Click Holding Deposit.
- Enter the amount you need to pay against the Holding Deposit.
- Once you are happy with the information entered, click Pay.
- Click Pay Now to confirm.
- A message will appear confirming that your payment is being processed. Click "Return to Home" to exit the payment screen.
