Depending on the PropertyMe plan your property manager’s agency uses, you may or may not be able to pay a holding deposit, so we’ll guide you through the right steps.
This article explains how to process a holding deposit payment in the PropertyMe Mobile App.
- From the Home screen, under Action Required, check for the Holding Deposit card.
- If there are any other pending payments, tap the checkboxes against them to untick them (if you do not wish to pay them yet).
- Tap 'Add a Holding Deposit'.
- Enter the holding deposit amount.
- Tap Pay.
- Tap Pay Now to confirm.
- The app will proceed to submit your payment. Do not leave this screen.
- A confirmation will appear, advising that your payment is being processed. Tap OK to finish.
You will also receive email confirmation of the payment being processed.
