- Untick any due payments you don't need to pay at this time.
- Review and update any amounts as needed for the due payments you need to make.
- Please note that this will not change the total amount owed; you must pay the remaining amount at some point.
- For example, if your rent is $1000 a fortnight, you may choose to pay only $500 this week, but you will need to make another payment of $500 at some point next week.
- If you pay more than the amount due, the funds will go into subsequent rental periods.
- Once you are happy with the information entered, click Pay.
- Click Pay Now to confirm.
- A message will appear confirming that your payment is being processed. Click "Return to Home" to exit the payment screen.
Can't Make A Rent Payment Via The "Make A Payment" Screen?
If you click on the "Make A Payment" Button at the top right corner of the Up Next section and can't see a rent card to make a payment, this is because your rent is three or more months paid in advance.
MePay will not allow you to make any further payments until your current paid to date is less than three months ahead of today's date.
- For example, if you are currently paid up to and including 26 August 2025, you cannot make another rent payment until 27 May 2025.
