When you delete your PropertyMe account, the account and its associated credentials will be permanently removed. This means that you won't be able to log in to the PropertyMe app or PropertyMe Web Access using the deleted account credentials.
However, it's important to note that deleting your PropertyMe account does not delete data your agent has stored related to the property you are renting, such as rent or invoice payments, maintenance requests, inspections, and legal documents.
Your agent is required to retain these details of your rental history for ongoing management of your tenancy and potentially for taxation purposes.
Using MePay?

If you have used MePay at any point, you cannot delete your Tenant Access account.
- If you currently have MePay enabled, you can disable it.
- You can also contact the property manager of this tenancy and request that they disable Tenant Access for this tenancy.
- On the side menu, click Profile.
- Click Delete Account (located at the bottom of the Properties list).
- Type out "delete me" (without the "").
- Click Delete Account.
