- Don't have the PropertyMe Mobile App yet? Download for free from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
- The app is compatible with the following is compatible with devices that support the following Operating Systems.

iOS 15 or later (excluding iOS 17 as this OS is no longer supported by Apple). -
iPad
IPadOS 18 or later -
Android
Android 14 and up
- You may be able to use the app on older operating systems, however, if your device is no longer being supported by the manufacturer, and no longer receiving updates, you may not be able to access the mobile app, as the device is not supported.
- If your device can no longer support the app, you can still access Client Access via the web browser at my.propertyme.com.
