If you're using MePay to pay rent and invoices, your 'paid to date' will immediately update; however, the 'upcoming rent due' will still be displayed until the agency has receipted the payment on their end.
If you use any other method to pay rent and invoices (or other payments that cannot currently be made through MePay), these payments will be reflected once the agency receives the funds in its trust and records them against your account.
