Invalid Code Error
The Invalid Code error is typically caused by your device's date and time being out of sync with PropertyMe's identification servers.
- Ensure that your date & time setting is set to Automatic, with the correct time zone selected.
- If you use a VPN, ensure it is disabled.
Set Up 2FA But Only Received One Code, I Can't Log In Anymore
This is typically caused by scanning with the camera app, which provides a one-time code, instead of using an authenticator app's scanner, which provides recurring codes.
Currently, it is not possible to reset your authentication via the mobile app. However, if you have set up a recovery phone or saved your recovery codes, you can reset your authentication via Web Access.
