Via Contact Agent
- Tap Contact Agent on the topmost card.
- Scroll down to the "Your agency" section.
- Tap the speech bubble icon.
- If needed, tap the images icon to the left of the message fields to add images or attachments.
- Tap Files, Photos, or Gallery, then follow the prompts to add your images or attachments.
- Tap Files, Photos, or Gallery, then follow the prompts to add your images or attachments.
- Type out your message.
- Tap the right-facing arrow to send.
Via The Navigation Bar
- On the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen, tap Chat.
- If you see an orange dot next to the chat icon, you have a new chat message from the agency.
- If push notifications are enabled, you will also receive notifications for new messages from your agent.
- Tap the required chat thread.
- If needed, tap the images icon to the left of the message fields to add images or attachments.
- Tap Files, Photos, or Gallery, then follow the prompts to add your images or attachments.
- Tap Files, Photos, or Gallery, then follow the prompts to add your images or attachments.
- Type out your message.
- Tap the right-facing arrow to send.
