If you get the "street number must not be empty" error when setting up MePay, this is due the property address having been entered incorrectly on the property manager's end. There are two ways to resolve this error:

Contact your property manager and advise them that the property address is incorrect due to the street number not being entered into the "Number" field.
- If they are unsure how to edit the address, they must contact PropertyMe support directly for assistance.
- If they are unsure how to edit the address, they must contact PropertyMe support directly for assistance.
- Edit the billing details yourself during the MePay setup process.
