Check The Status Of Your Entry, Routine And Exit Inspections | Web Access (Tenant)

Any inspections will be listed on the Up Next Feed on the Home page.

Each card will note the following information:

• Status: Current status of the inspection.
• Date: The scheduled date of the inspection.
• Type: The type of inspection.
• Attending: The person who will be inspecting the property.
  • Need to fill out an entry condition report? see Complete An Entry Inspection for steps.
  • Contact your Property Manager for a PDF version of the entry condition report.

The inspection status will update as the agency makes changes to the inspection.

• Inspection Scheduled: The inspection has been scheduled.
  • The inspection will state either today, tomorrow or the days of days until the inspection.
    
• Inspected By Agent: The inspection of the property has been completed, and the inspection report is now being finalised.
  
• Inspection Closed: The inspection report has been finalised, and the Property Manager has marked the inspection as Completed. These inspections can be found under Recent Activity.
